VA Leaders Continue To Be Complete Morons By Denying The Benefits Of Medical Marijuana

The Department of Veterans Affairs opposes three legislative proposals that would expand research on medical marijuana at the VA and give veterans access to the drug in states where it is legal.

During a hearing Tuesday on eight VA health-related bills under consideration by Congress, VA officials told House lawmakers that as long as marijuana is illegal under federal law, the department cannot support legislation that promotes its role at the VA.

The entire logic behind the VA’s logic shows that there actually isnt any logic to this bullshit at all. The VA cant provide medical marijuana because marijuana is illegal?

Tell that to the prescriptions for Xanax, codeine, Fentanyl, Oxycodone, morphine and on and on and on. The VA dumps all types of drugs down our gullets with no issues or worry. Something that is non-habit forming and natural? Buddy,,, no fucking chance. We cant use medical marijuana because morons believe that it’s a gateway drug. Unlike oxycodone and codeine?

Hopefully with more and more veterans and younger folks getting elected to Congress, we will see these archaic ideas about weed die out.
